Awarded the Golden Fork Award in 1994, our cuisine is prepared according to recipes of traditional Adriatic cuisine, mainly based on fresh fish, as well as meat dishes and vegetarian menus.

You can enjoy crudite such as truffles and oysters, local speciailties including rosemary roasted porcini, scallop gratin, potatoes and roasted turkey. To finish off, chef Adelio's desserts specialities are not to be missed and include a beloved pear and chocolate tart.
